1: This is the edition that the authors themselves own and have given to those who we can afford to send them out to: Pricing them at a hundred bucks keeps a bunch of them from being printed, creating a scarcity on this specific edition.
2: We're funding the entire book publication out of pocket. This book is a labor of love, produced by a group mind, and dedicated to making the world better - we believe in this book, but getting it distributed takes some start-up funds. Each copy purchased at this price provides Edward and I with about 65 bucks to split to get on Amazon and into brick and mortar stores across the world.
