Jill Chasse teaches childbirth education utilizing the relaxation and visualization techniques of Dr.'s Frederick Leboyer (Birth Without Violence) and Grantly Dick-Read (Childbirth Without Fear) as well as hypnotherapy techniques to reduce stress and fear during labor and delivery, alleviating pain and making the birth experience positive and enjoyable. She also teaches early parenting, infant mental, emotional and cognitive health and development classes.
