Zareba
I am a deeply spiritual person on a path to higher development. I live in the present, while squarely facing the future. From early childhood, I have known that my name is Zareba (pronounced Zareeba). It felt more right than the name my parents gave me. It was not until I was in my mid-twenties, that I learned it means refuge, safe enclosure. I try to live up to that definition.
Most of these poems-jottings-observations were written in the last half of the 1970s and the early 1980s when I was in my early 30s. They are collected here, along with more recent works, in the hope that anyone who would really enjoy them or be helped by them, will stumble on this slim volume.
