  Just wanted to give y'all a head's up. Asher's third pubbed short, Unreal, is no longer available from Torquere. I know on my site it still says it is but I'm a little frayed right now so I have to update as I go. Just wanted to share that while I remembered it.
  
  I'm thinking once all the stories are done, I'm going to have to do something special with them. Dunno what just yet. Oh so my b-day's Wednesday. I'm shooting out to Vegas to spend the week in a drunk stupor with my best friend. I will be even more scarce than usual, sorry! 
  
  After that, I'm working with another author on a new project and trying to whip my sorry writer ass into shape (figuratively speaking of course). So you should start seeing me more after that. Maybe. I hope.
  
  Also, I'm really hooked on Lambert's Fever. This feels so wrong. I'm not usually into pop!

  I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye!! I was so out of it by the time we got all of the promo repacked and put away in James' truck...I just went home. But it was wonderful to meet so many of you and to learn about such badass fandoms.
  
  I'm revitalized to write more Holmes/Watson and to check out White Collar. And to maybe re-watch some Fast and Furious for that Brian/Dom drama.
  
  I can always use new things to obsess over :) Bye ladies! See you next time :)

• Escapade Con!

  Yeaaahhh, I'm delayed in posting about this but I only solidifed my plans recently. I actually wasn't going to go but then eroticjames goes, "Go!" and well...yeah, so I'm going. And then you know....cons. Wee! Anyway, it's out in Ventura so if anyone's going, hey, I'm actually giving head's up that I will be! 
  
  Because we remember EpiCon right? Where I had no idea I was going until Emily made it a birthday trip for me? I love you, Em, thank you all over again!
  
  Here's my news of the week - I'll be at Escapade Con in Ventura on Saturday to Sunday. The con actually starts on the 26th and not only will moi be there but so will some of my favorite people - James Buchanan, Stephanie Vaughan, Kathleen Bradean and Jet Mykles.
  
  Y'all should come and say hi :) James has a table in the dealer room with Steph and Jet so there's some serious swag to be attained! Here's the info and if you go, see you there!
  
  Escapade 2010: the slash slumber party!
  
  It’s Our Twentieth Anniversary!
  
  Escapade is the longest-running annual slash con in the US (and probably the world). Instead of letting that make us feel old, we’re using it as an excuse to PARTY. Escapade 2010 will be a celebration of our history, an opportunity to reestablish old friendships, and a time to create new ones.
  
  Like a high school reunion, we’re planning a big blow-out party, inviting all of our old friends (and plenty of new ones). We hope you’ll be there. We’re throwing open the door to new ideas, too. What should we do to celebrate? What elements of Escapades past (strippers, plays, fan games, massage, filking) should we resurrect? What is the coolest new thing we should add this year? And, of course, there will be plenty of purposely controversial panels, lovely art, songvid shows, and the ever-popular Escapade con suite.
